About Your Express Skin Check

Book a 10-minute skin check to get screened by a specialist and learn how to reduce your risk of skin cancer.
Day of appointment:
- Arrive on time
- Come with a make-up free face if possible. Removing make-up helps the specialist thoroughly check your skin, as some lesions can be hidden. If you prefer to keep you rmake-up on, the specialist will focus on other areas of the body.
During appointment:
- Receive a confidential 1:1 consultation with a skin specialist
- Discuss your prequestionnaire results and complete the screening. Note: An express screening is exposed areas only (e.g arms, legs, neck, face, ears etc). No clothes need to be removed for this service.
- Receive a referral to see your GP, if required.
After appointment:
- You will receive an email containing your results and your referral (if applicable)
- Access a wide range of health resources, including fact sheets and supports services for ongoing preventative care.
